The Paris Hotel's Eiffel Tower
HAPPY 5TH ANNIVERSARY TO US!
I'm extremely late posting this but I still wanted to write a little bit about it. Last week Tim and I celebrated our 5th anniversary in Las Vegas. The actual day is March 13th. We had such a good time but were glad to get home and squeeze our boys! We left Sunday the 15th and came home on the 20th. Our flight was delayed leaving Idaho Falls, we were suppose to land in Vegas at about 7PM, and we didn't get to our room until 2 AM Monday morning! We slept in Monday until about 11 AM and just were lazy pretty much all day. Tuesday we got to visit with my cousin at dinner and meet his new baby Chloe! She sure is a cutie! Wednesday we walked the strip, did some shopping at the outlets and built a bear for Kyler. We had dinner at Cheeseburger in Paradise and went to see Terry Fator, he is the guy who is a ventriloquist and won America's Got Talent a couple of years ago. He is so talented and it was a great show!!After the show we did some more walking, and went into the Wynn, I guess an upper scale hotel, we just happened to walk into one of the shops there, I found a bra that was pretty cute, go to look at the price tag and couldn't believe it, $230!! FOR A BRA?!? Seriously, who would pay over $40 for a bra?? Just kind of surprised me.
Thursday was another fun day, we did some more walking and went to the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and then to Cirque du Soleil's Ka at the MGM. Another great show!!

New York New York, I made Tim ride the roller coaster with me, so fun!!
Friday came it seemed all too quickly. We had such a good time alone together, much needed! I have the best husband! He is so hardworking at everything he does, whether it is providing for our family, being a good dad, having fun, or keeping things new and interesting around here. I am very lucky! Here is to many many more years of fun and love! :)

BOB THAT HEAD TOUR 2009!! To say I LOVE Rascal Flatts would be quite an understatement! They are my absolute favorite band of all time!! :) My mom and I have been listening to 105.5 The Hawk trying to win tickets since the beginning of February, we played in all the contests like trying to figure out their songs played backwards, and I even attempted to win the ULTIMATE prize two tickets, two backstage passes and hotel stay by submitting me and Tim's love story in 105 words or less :) Just when I was about to give up, and accept that I wasn't going to be able to go... I turned on the radio Tuesday morning and turns out they had two more pair of tickets to give away... so I tried again and I can't believe it but I FINALLY won!!! I was sooooo excited, not only could we go to the concert but my sister and her husband were also going so we got to see them too!!!
Mom, Me and Shelb
We had so much fun, first we went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, oh my goodness, could possibly be my new favorite restaurant!!! Very YUMMY! Then we headed to the concert. Opening act was Jessica Simpson, she was soooo good! And she is not fat!!! Don't know why people are saying that?? Then Rascal Flatts came on, seemed like they played forever, it was great!

LOST ~N~ PUZZLES
Ever since the series LOST came out we have been big fans! We even used to have LOST parties with our friends Scott and Kendra when we lived in Pocatello. So you can guess when all four seasons went on sale we were VERY excited!! Well I am kind of wishing now we didn't get them...
For the past two weeks Tim and I have been staying up til the wee hours of the morning watching LOST and... putting together a puzzle. Are we dorks??? I found that I really enjoyed putting together the puzzle. Maybe because it was after the boys went to sleep and it was quiet and relaxing, and made me think. So as I was saying this took us 2 weeks, it was 750 pieces, and we even put the last piece in together! WOW, probably shouldn't have admitted to that. Oh well, this is the first post that Tim has been interested in, he said "So, you gonna take a picture of the puzzle and put in on the blog?" I just laughed. Here is the finished product.

We are going to do this one next...

Jaxon and Kyler

Today I got to watch my nephew Jaxon for a little while and it was a lot of fun! He is almost 10 months and is so much fun. He is crawling all over and even starting to pull himself up on everything. Won't be long before he is walking and really into everything. It made me think of Bowen when he was Jaxon's age, it was really my favorite stage when he was a baby. They are so smiley and they dance and are just so much fun! Makes me excited for when Kyler gets to that point. My little guy is starting to roll over and over and over... yesterday I laid him down on his blanket in the living room with some toys and I went to put dishes in the dishwasher and came back to check on him, and he was clear across the living room :) Won't be long til he is crawling everywhere :)

WOW! What a Christmas!!

First things first, hope everyone had a VERY Merry Christmas!! We had a lot of fun this year with Bowen :) He is 3 now and he better understands Santa and what he does for Christmas. So this year we started traditions for our little family. On Christmas Eve we just stayed home all day, we wrapped presents, watched Christmas movies, and made cookies for Santa :) It was so nice. Then Christmas morning came... Bowen was soooo excited to wake up and see all the presents under the tree, and he had the highest squealy voice, saying "WOW MOM LOOK!" each time he opened a present. I loved it!Of course just like every year... Tim knew every single gift he was getting, right down to what was in his stocking! (If you didn't know, I can not keep presents a secret and he knew early November what I was getting him). Well I take it back I did manage to keep his Nike wallet a secret. Yay me! :(
As for my gifts, Christmas morning I was kind of dissapointed... not at my gifts, but because there were no surprises! (Also if you didn't know, Tim is the best at surprising me, one christmas he did 12 days of christmas with a new gift everyday, then last year he had this big box of nothing until I got to the bottom of all the plastic bags he crammed in there, and found a gift certificate for us to Destinations Inn :) He is so cute that way!) He kept giving me a hard time all day saying, "I"m so sorry you had such a bad Christmas," ya know just making me feel bad. We went to my Grandma's for Christmas dinner, and a bunch of us were all outside playing in the snow. I came back in and here comes Bowen with a present that said To: Danielle From: Your boys... I was very very confused, and was thinking what is going on here??? I opened it to find a GORGEOUS NEW wedding ring!!! WOW!!! I still can't believe he did that! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! He always seems to out do himself, just when I think I have it good, it just gets better!
Well I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and hope you have a great new year!!

All About Kyler

I noticed that I haven't really blogged much about my youngest, so here we go. :) Kyler is now almost 5 months old and is getting bigger by the day. He was sick last week so we had to take him to the Dr. and he weighed 14 pounds. He is for the most part a happy baby. I tried giving him cereal when he turned 4 months, but he didn't do well with it, so I guess I'm going to wait until he is 6 months. He is really starting to show his little personality, and I love to see him smile. Just yesterday he rolled over from belly to back, so he is a little behind Bowen. I know I know I shouldn't compare them, I try not to. He is so much fun and he is sooooo ticklish! Here is a video, I am barely touching his arms and he cracks up!

Here are some recent pics

And well I have to put one of Bowen on here. His Aunt Misty went to Disneyland a while back and brought him back some Mickey ears. Now that we have Dish, he loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on Disney, so now he likes to wear the ears while he watches it. It's cute!
Oh and did I mention we are ready for Christmas!!!
